The first entry on our list of the best Honda lawn mowers is this model. Putting the mower together was no problem; we had everything up and running within half an hour. This mower is powered by a 160cc 4 stroke engine which is actually more powerful than we had first anticipated.
We had no trouble cutting the lawn, even on fairly long grass. One of the things that we did like with this one is the extra-large 69L grass cutting box. The mower picks up the grass clippings very well and we were able to store a lot in the collection box. There is also a mulching feature that works really well.
There were, however, a few issues that we had with this lawn mower. First of all, it is quite heavy. It comes in at 42kg and you can certainly feel the extra weight which might be a problem for those with mobility issues. As well as this, we found the mower quite difficult to control.
However, for one of the more affordable options and for the fact that there are some very good features, we would still recommend this model as an option to consider.

Next on our list of the best Honda lawn mowers is the Honda IZY. Whilst we did have a few issues with this lawn mower, there were plenty of features that made it worth adding to our list. First of all, we liked the addition of a high quality 160cc Honda engine. The engine itself is powerful and very effective.
Next, we were impressed by the sheer amount of options in terms of the levels of height. We were able to get the level of the grass exactly where we wanted it. The mower itself is fairly lightweight for a petrol mower at only 28.5kg and we found that this made it very easy to control.
There were a few issues that we should definitely mention. First of all, there is no mulching feature with this mower which is a bit of a shame. Another thing that we did find is that the cut could have been a little more even.
Although there are these issues, this is a great choice if you are looking for a Honda mower that is designed really well and that offers a considerable amount of power.

Number 1 on our list of the best Honda lawn mowers is this model and we have to say that we really were very impressed with the results. The first thing that really impressed us was the power that this mower has. With an OHC engine of 187cc, we found that it cut through the toughest of grass with ease.
The mulching feature was highly effective and we had no trouble using it at all. We were very impressed with how even the cut was; even right up to the edges of the lawn. With a grass collection box with a capacity of 88L, we had no trouble fitting plenty of clippings in it.
The only real downside with this mower is that it is quite heavy at 42kg. However, if you want something that is powerful and highly effective then this is definitely the best Honda lawn mower for you.
